Aadhaar movie review

Story:

Karunaas is a construction worker.  His pregnant wife Rithvika is admitted in the hospital for delivery.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, Iniya becomes Rithvika’s aide.

One day, Rithvika goes missing from the hospital and Iniya is found dead in the hospital drainage.

Karunaas approaches the police station with his new born and files a complaint asking the cops to find his wife.

What happens next forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Ramnath has took up an interesting storyline and has kept the intensity throughout the film.

The first half is about Karunaas’ search for his wife and the second half is how the people in power use Rithvika. Karunaas is playing an emotionally demanding character after a long time and has done exceptionally well.

He has got in to the skin of the character and has made the audience feel the pain and emotions.

Baahubali Prabhakaran as the inspector grabs attention.

Apart from this, the rest of the cast including Arun Pandian, Ineya have all done their part well.

Srikanth Deva’s music gels well with the theme of the movie. Mahesh Muthusamy’s camerawork is impressive.
