8 youthful achievers and their parents were recognized for their untiring efforts in this year’s Parenting Excellence Awards. Drawn from varied walks of life, from the Silver Screen to Health Care, their achievements are a resounding proof that there are no hurdles high enough, no barriers strong enough to keep Success away from those with the determination and the perseverance to pursue their goals. Their stories shall be an inspiration to many of us in rededicating ourselves to pursue our dreams.

The awards were given away by Mr. J. Sam Daniel Stalin, Bureau Chief, NDTV -Chennai who was the chief guest for the evening.
Among those who were honoured were Ms. Sangeetha Param and Mr. Gireesh Kumar, who have successfully overcome Bipolar condition and have scaled greater heights. Having experienced firsthand the effects of mental health condition, they have dedicated their lives and times towards motivating and mentoring those in need of support. Their journey would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts, unflinching confidence and perseverance of their parents.
