Sai Abhyankkar opens up about working with Allu Arjun on Raaka
Music composer Sai Abhyankkar has revealed that he initially felt anxious while presenting his compositions to actor Allu Arjun for the upcoming film Raaka.
He said Allu Arjun’s deep understanding of audience preferences, particularly among younger viewers, creates high expectations during the music development process. According to Sai, every meeting left him wondering whether the actor would approve of the compositions.
The composer added that creative discussions with Allu Arjun and director Atlee often include conversations about global music trends, popular genres and Gen Z listening habits. He also praised Atlee’s musical instincts.
Raaka, directed by Atlee, is being developed as a large-scale science-fiction entertainer featuring fantasy and superhero elements. The film stars Allu Arjun alongside Deepika Padukone, Chemban Vinod Jose, Yogi Babu and Femina George, with production backed by Sun Pictures.
