Story:

Vijay Sethupathi conceals his true identity and embarks on a quest to find Kanniha, employed at a carrot farm in Kodaikanal.

Along the way, he encounters Megha Akash, a talented musician performing at a renowned local church.

United by their shared love for music, they strive to unravel each other’s depths.

However, their harmonious bond is disrupted when  another musician, stumble upon Vijay Sethupathi’s true identity, unmasking him as a refugee.

What is the true identity of Vijay Sethupathi and why is he in search of Kanniha forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Venkata Krishna Roghanth has a strong plot in hand but has struggled with the writing and execution.

However, there are enough emotional moments to tug the heartstrings of the audience.

There are some intense moments which deserves praise for Roghanth.

Vijay Sethupathi delivers a sincere performance and has carried the emotional journey of his character in an effective manner.

Vivekh, Kaniha, and Megha Akash deliver commendable performances in their respective roles.

Nivas Prasanna’s music is a great addition and the composer backs it up with some emotional cues in the background.

Vetrivel Mahendran’s camerawork gels well with the theme of the movie.
