Vijay’s Master to release in 5 languages across India

Vijay’s Master will simultaneously release in 5 languages – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. A popular multiplex chain has made the announement on its social networking page.

Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, was supposed to hit the screen on April 9, the release got postponed due to the lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic.

Te film was long-awaited by fans ever since its inception. While fans were disappointed about the film’s release being postponed, the makers recently released a poster to keep their spirits alive.

Master stars an ensemble cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Andrea Jeremiah, and Ramya Subramanian. The action-thriller is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and is produced by Xavier Britto, under the banner XB Film Creators.

Recently, before the lockdown, the makers launched the audio tracks during a grand event in Chennai and all the songs turned out to be huge hits. Anirudh Ravichandran has composed the music.

Kaithi fame actor Arjun Das, Sriman, Srinath, Sanjeev Gouri Kishan, Brigida, and VJ Ramya are playing supporting roles. It is expected that the film will be based on a college story.

In a throwback interview, Vijay had said, “Yes, it’s true. Sometimes, my movies are predictable. But I don’t think it bothers the audience as well as my fans as they like to see all my films.They enjoy all my movies. At present i am not looking for any changes as I am happy with the movies I am working in. But personally I like watching commercial movies. I find them interesting and lots of energy is there. So, therefore, I enjoy working in such type of movies.”
