Actor Vijay, whose Master film’s release was put on hold recently due to the coronavirus outbreak, is concerned over the safety of his son, Jason Sanjay, who is currently in Canada.
Vijay, who is staying at home with his wife Sangeetha and daughter Divya Saasha, is worried about his son. As per reports, the Master actor is deeply concerned for the health of son Jason who is stranded in Canada during the time of the coronavirus outbreak across the world.
Coronavirus pandemic has brought the country to a standstill and the government has extended lockdown for 19 more days. There has been a ban on international travel and people including celebs are staying at home. According to reports, Vijay’s son Jason is stuck in Canada.
Jason, who is studying filmmaking at a university in Canada, was unable to return to India before the lockdown commenced, and hence is stranded in Canada, where he will have to wait until further instructions from the government.
Though the country hasn’t been badly affected by the pandemic, Vijay is apparently worried over his son’s safety and wants to bring back him back to India at the earliest, according to reports.
Vijay’s fans have been upset since the actor’s upcoming movie Master is not releasing in theatres. The movie, which was slated to release in theatres last Thursday, couldn’t do it due to coronavirus lockdown.
All films that were set to release this month, including Master, have been pushed back to a later date. But the makers of Master still had something special planned for Thalapathy Vijay’s fans on the film’s initial release date.
XB Film Creators, released a new poster of Master which had the lines: ‘Lockdown shouldn’t knock down our spirits! Master will meet you soon…’
They also posted: “We miss you, just like how you miss us! Hoping that a master-mind finds an antidote and put an end to Corona! We’ll come back stronger nanbaa. Stay home, Stay Safe. #Master #StaySafe.”
