Vijay to meet people from Kanchi tomorrow
Vijay is scheduled to meet people from Kanchipuram district in a public meeting tomorrow.
This event will be held at the Jeppiar College located on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai. Over 1,500 people from Kanchipuram are expected to attend the meeting where Vijay will engage with the public.
This meeting is organized as an alternative to Vijay’s previously planned election campaign meeting in Salem on Dec 4, for which police permission was denied due to nearby events and security arrangements. Hence, Vijay has shifted the focus to this public gathering in Chennai to continue his campaign with a fresh approach and garner public support.
The meeting will take place indoors as election campaign guidelines for public gatherings are still under court consideration in Tamil Nadu, preventing large outdoor campaign events at this time.
