Vijay to do cameo in RRR, interacts with Master team through video call

If a latest buzz in Tollywood and Kollywood circles are to be believed, Vijay has been roped in to play a cameo in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film, RRR, which has Ram Charan and NTR Junior in lead roles.

Speculations are rife on the internet that Vijay has been roped in to play a cameo in RRR. Reports also suggest that the Master star will be shooting for the film in May and Rajamouli is likely to make an announcement regarding the same in the coming week.

The mega-budget film ‘RRR’, which is directed by SS Rajamouli who delivered the blockbuster series ‘Baahubali’, is being made in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

The team has apparently planned to rope in Vijay for a cameo role in ‘RRR’, but the official announcement has not yet been made. Also, it is worth noting that Vijay last appeared in a cameo role for a song in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Rowdy Rathore’, which was directed by Prabhudeva.

Meanwhile, even as the entire country is following the lockdown measure initiated by the Prime Minister of India, team Master met and had fun. Wondering how? They all connected through a video hangout session.

Malavika Mohanan, who posted a snapshot of the video chat featuring Vijay, Anirudh, and Master’s co-producer Jagadish, tweeted: “Problems will come and go..konjam chill panu maapi! How we hang out when we can’t really hang out. Team ‘Master’ is social-distancing. Are you? @actorvijay@anirudhofficial @Jagadishbliss”

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film has Vijay Sethupathi, Gouri Kishan and others in key roles. Music is by Anirudh Ravichander.
