Trisha’s ex-lover’s advice on relationships

Noted real estate businesman Varun Manian, who also bankrolled movies like Kaaviya Thalaivan and Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, surprised everyone in 2015 when he got engaged to Trisha.

But they did not end up in marriage, and chose to part ways. And now, Varun has come out with a message wishing success to the team of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhanush-starrer Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta.

In a tweet, he said, “I admire @isharikganesh for stepping into Tamil cinema at its lowest point. Not only is he good with people but bold and honest too. I hope it doesn’t do what it did to a corporate like us. We have not only lost money but more importantly, lost time and relationships too. #ENPT.”

Gautham Vasudev Menon is a happy and relieved man now, with his Dhnaush-starrer Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta, which was lying in the cans for a long time, clearing the decks following a bail out from Ishari Ganesh of Vels Films.

Talking at a recent function in Chennai, Gautham said, “Generally, when I go back home, I would forget both happy and sad moments.  But I wasn’t enjoying my work a few months back. I have started smiling now, thanks to Ishari Ganesh sir for bringing back the smile on my face.  He is also the reason behind the happiness of my team.”

“Ishari Ganesh sir is also the reason behind the release of Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta. He was there with me during my bad days and offered me a project with Varun. I initially narrated a soft romantic story for him but on meeting him in person, came up with an action film with a romantic touch,” he said.

Gautham added, “We have finished 50% shoot of Varun’s film, a foreign schedule along is pending. Planning to release it on Valentine’s Day 2020.”

Gautham Vasudev Menon, who was lying low because of financial issues which stalled the release of his films Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta and Dhruva Natchathiram, recently announced his comeback in style.
