It has emerged that Ajith’s team has been helping the Tamil Nadu government in battling the Coronavirus, by assisting in the operation of drones to spray sanitiser and antiseptics.
Since the number of health workers is insufficient for spray antiseptics everywhere, tthe disinfectant is now being sprayed over the affected areas by the use of drones.
A team of college students has been helping the Tamil Nadu government in this project and the team is reportedly none other than ‘Team Daksha’ which was trained by actor Ajith earlier.
Ajith worked as a consultant to the MIT Chennai students’ Daksha team and helped them win at a competition for unmanned drones in Australia and also gold at the Olympics.
Ajith also trained the Kanchipuram police in operating an unmanned drone helicopter. Photos had surfaced in which Ajith is seen training cops from Kanchipuram about unmanned drones.
The ‘thala’ has taken time off from his shooting schedule of Valimai directed by H. Vinod and produced by Boney Kapoor who are combining after the blockbuster hit Nerkonda Paarvai. Fans of Ajith, who have been waiting for a Pongal update from the actor, cherished the photos and started lauding the star on social media.
Meanwhile, despite reports that Ajith and director Sudha Kongara might team up for the actor’s 61st film, it turns out Ajith will only concentrate on Valimai at the moment.
The rumour mills are churning out reports that director Sudha Kongara has narrated a script to Ajith, which she had earlier discussed with actor Vijay. The former was apparently impressed by it and has agreed to work on it after completing Valimai.
