\"Junga<\/a><\/p>\n

STORY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Junga (Vijay Sethupathi) hails from a family of dons. His grandfather is Linga and his father is Ranga. But his mother (Saranya Ponvannan) is particular that he should not take his ancestor’s path.<\/p>\n

Hence, Junga works as conductor in a bus and is behind a Telugu speaking girl (Madonna Sebastian). One day, he realises that his family property, a movie hall named Cinema Paradise, is in someone else’s hands due to the spendthrift ways adopted by Linga and Ranga.<\/p>\n

He is now on a mission to reclaim the old glory. He too becomes a don, but a miserly one, offering discounts for taking up jobs.<\/p>\n

In a bid to reclaim the theatre, he and his assistant (Yogi Babu) go to Paris, where Yazhini (Sayyesha), daughter of Chettiar (Suresh Menon), who is now the legal custodian of Cinema Paradise, lives.<\/p>\n

There, Yazhini gets abducted by the Italian drug mafia and the rest is all about whether Junga is able to save her and regain Cinema Paradise or not.<\/p>\n

ANALYSIS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

After Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara, the duo of director Gokul and Vijay Sethupathi have come up with yet another laugh riot in Junga, this time with more vim and vigour.<\/p>\n

Right from beginning till end, Junga is a ROTFL entertainer that keeps us engaged in most parts. As a result, we tend to forget and forgive the little lags that appear here and there.<\/p>\n

Vijay Sethupathi is in full form once again, giving his best to the funny-don role. In the company of Yogi Babu, he brings the roof down in a few scenes.<\/p>\n

Madonna Sabostian shines well in an extended cameo, while Sayyesha, who impressed us recently as a village belle in Kadaikutty Singam, wows in a modern character in Junga.<\/p>\n

Saranya Ponvannan, Radharavi and Suresh Menon, everyone has chipped in with their best performance. And not to forget Yogi Babu, who has delivered a solid show.<\/p>\n

While Gokul\u2019s writing and Vijay Sethupathi\u2019s performance are like Dhoni and Kohli, others including the music composer, cinematographer, editor and stunt master, are like the winning-11. All these have made Junga a fun-filled entertainer.<\/p>\n
