But Subash refuses to pay heed and arrests four youngsters who were involved in her murder. But the youth are strongly supported by a superior officer (Sampath) and they manage to come out of jail.

Also, Subash gets suspendd from the department for being unable to prove the charges against the four. Even as a dejected Subash returns to home, he is shocked to the core to find his family members murdered.

Subash now takes a vow to teach a fitting lesson to the ones behind these acts. Good at handling gadgets and a hacking expert, he starts playing mind games with the evil ones. He also takes the help of the public to achieve his mission.

ANALYSIS:

Adanga Maru, directed by Karthik Thangavel with Jayam Ravi in the lead role, is a film that takes a dig at bad things and bad people in the society. The film aptly reflects the anger against evils.

Jayam Ravi excels in his role of a cop and tech expert. Raashi Khanna looks beautiful but the romance scenes don’t gel well with the mood of the movie. Sampath, Gopi and others have played their parts well.

The director has relied heavily on brainy things than the brawny ones which are required for movies of this genre. And this idea of him has worked well in most scenes.

Sam CS could have done more justice to the music department. We can’t avoid the same feel with the visual effects team also. Though the film lacks strong villains, it delivers a strong content in a smart manner.
