Taanakaran to skip theaterical release
Vikram Prabhu’s upcoming flick Taanakaran will be skipping theatrical release and is likely to have direct premiere on Disney+Hotstar.
The flick directed by debutant filmmaker Tamizh, the project is bankrolled by SR Prabhu’s Potential Studios.
The star cast of the movie also includes Lal, Anjali Nair, and MS Bhaskar in important roles.
Music for the flick is by Ghibran, cinematography is by Manickam and editing is by Philomin Raj.
It may be noted that the TN government had recently granted permission for theaters to allow 100 per cent occupancy.
