Inspector Muthu Paandi (Madhusudhaan Rao) and his valet Eshwaraamurthi (Lal) rule the place, torturing recruits in the name of parade practice.

When Arivu interrogates them, they transform into cold-blooded monsters who would stop at nothing to derail his ambition of donning khahki.

Analysis:

The first thing that captures the attention of the audience is the way in which the PRS is depicted.

The environment in which the school is located is harsh and brutal.

Director Tamizh has brought out how a police camp work. The details are as close to reality as possible.

The rawness in the making keeps the audience glued to the screen.

Vikram Prabhu is tailor made for this role. His physique suits the character well. He has delivered a powerful and impactful performance which is sure to make his fans happy.

On the other hand, the romantic portions could have been curtailed as they do not get well with the movie.

Special appreciation should be made about cinematographer Maadhesh Maanickam’s camerawork.

Ghibran’s BGM is electrifying.

Rating: 3.3/5
