Suriya’s Vishwanath and Sons gets OTT premiere date
Suriya and Mamitha Baiju’s Vishwanath and Sons is set to make its digital debut on Netflix on September 11.
Directed by Venky Atluri, the film has continued its theatrical run and recently completed 25 days in cinemas. The makers announced that the movie had crossed the ₹260-crore mark worldwide.
The film has also emerged as Suriya’s second release of 2026 to surpass ₹250 crore globally. His earlier film Karuppu reportedly crossed the ₹300-crore mark.
Venky Atluri announced the OTT release on Tuesday, confirming that Vishwanath and Sons will arrive on Netflix this Friday.
The film will be available in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam, allowing audiences across several language markets to watch it following its theatrical run.
