Suriya reveals the real reasons for Kanguva’s postponement
Kanguva is one of the most eagerly awaited pan-Indian films, with audiences looking forward to experiencing it on the big screen.
Featuring Suriya in the title role and Bobby Deol as the formidable antagonist, Kanguva is slated for a grand release on November 14, 2024, across multiple languages.
Suriya and his team have been on an extensive promotional tour to ensure Kanguva reaches every corner of the country.
At a recent press meet in Bengaluru, Suriya addressed the film’s postponed release, originally set for October 10, 2024.
The primary reason for the delay was to avoid clashing with Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan, allowing it a smoother release.
Additionally, Suriya disclosed that the 3D version of Kanguva was not ready in time, and certain post-production work, along with a few other issues, contributed to the postponement.
Expressing confidence in the film’s success, Suriya shared his excitement for Kanguva.
Bollywood actress Disha Patani stars alongside him as the female lead. Produced jointly by Studio Green and UV Creations, the film boasts a powerful soundtrack by Devi Sri Prasad, adding to the anticipation surrounding this large-scale project.
