Sivakarthikeyan got emotional at Remo thanks giving meet in Chennai on Tuesday. The actor said some people tried their best to halt the release of the movie.
“Please allow us to work. Even if you don’t help us, don’t disturb us. We want to entertrain the audience. Please allow us to do so,” he said.
He further said producer Raja suffered a lot to release the movie and all credits go to him.
According to trade sources, Remo stands at number three among this year’s releases after Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali and Vijay’s Theri.
According to reports, in three days Sivakarthikeyan’s film, Remo, has collected Rs 21.5 crore in the domestic market, and has earned Rs 11.5 crore in its overseas market.
The opinion of the critics seem to have had no major impact on the film’s business. After reportedly garnering Rs 8 crore on its opening day, the film has outdone itself in its theatrical box office collection on Saturday and Sunday.
