The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Mysskin’s immediate next will be with Silambarasan TR aka STR. In one of his interviews, Mysskin said that he would like to rope in Vadivelu for his film with Silambarasan.
Reports say that Shruti Haasan is likely to play the female lead in the film. They also add that Mysskin will complete Silambarasan’s film before kick-starting his film with Arun Vijay.
Meanwhile, Simbu has condoled the death of veteran producer Swaminathan of Lakshmi Movie Makers, who passed away recently due to Covid-19. Simbu had worked with him in Silambattam.
“I feel sad for losing a calm and composed person who cares so much for my family. Swaminathan is quite brilliant and exactly knows what kind of films should be made and deliver it to the audiences,” he said.
STR added: “He took care of me well in Sri Lanka where we shot Silambattam. I have a lot of memories about him but never knew he would leave us all at this juncture.”
“We couldn’t even visit him at the hospital. Assuring that we will be there for his sons Ashok and Ashwin. My condolences to his family, friends, and the film industry. May his soul rest in peace,” he concluded.
In a recent interview actor director R. Parthiban has hailed Simbu as a unique and self-made star while reacting to a throwback photo of himself awarding Simbu when he was a child.
Parthiepan also said that he is ready to direct Simbu but the actor has to give him the go-ahead. Simbu has immediately responded and a sent a chocolate bouquet to Parthiban thanking him for his kind words.
Posting a pic of the bouquet from Silambarasan, Parthiepan tweeted that the Manmandhan actor was moved by his recent interview and sent this lovely token of love through his assistant.
