Siddharth’s sharp reply to actress who decided to quit

Dangal fame actress Zaira Wasim decided to quit films and she went to social media to announce her decision.

While Bollywood celebrities remain divided on Zaira’s decision to quit films, Siddharth has responded to her.

In a tweet, she said, “5 years ago I made a decision that changed my life and today I’m making another one that’ll change my life again and this time for the better Insha’Allah! :)”

Responding to it, Siddharth said, “It’s your life. Do whatever you want. Wish you only the best for your future. I believe our art and our profession is our life,” he said.

The Aayudha Ezhuthu and Boys actor added: “We fight to keep religion out of it. It doesn’t belong here. If your religion made you do this, maybe you didn’t belong here after all. “Godspeed”.”

When Anupam Kher was asked about Zaira Wasim’s decision to quit films. he replied, “I think it’s a tragedy that a 16-17 year old girl has to take a decision like that. I do respect her sentiments, I do respect that it’s her individual choice. But as a person, I feel sad that she had to take a decision like this about her flourishing career.”

He added: “She is most welcome to take her decision. She is an independent girl and our country gives everybody the fundamental right to choose what they want to choose…I felt sad when I read that. I felt that somewhere, she had to take that decision. It is not her decision.”
