Intercollegiate Fest was Mr. Sathish, Actor. He hoisted the Shreyas flag and declared the fest open. Smt. Usha Abhaya Srisrimal, Secretary, Dr. S. Padmavathi, Principal, and Dr.S.Rukmani, Vice Principal felicitated the Chief Guest. Mr. T. Saravanakumar, Mimicry Artist, Mr. Bala Saravanan, Comedian, Mr. Harshavardhan, playback Singer were the walk- in guests for the fest. Dupe it up, Adaptune, Group Dance, Fashion Walk and Miss.

Shreyas were the on-stage events conducted and prizes were distributed for all the competitions. More than
300 students from 19 colleges have participated in the fest. Ms. Keerthana Priya of Anna Adarsh College for Women won the title Miss. Shreyas and Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women won the Overall Trophy and Women’s Christian College was the runner-up. Mr.Roshan, Instagram Influencer, graced the occasion as the Valedictory Chief Guest. Mr. Manichandra, choreographer, Mr. Chanderan, Playback Singer, Mr. Raj Ayyappa, Actor, Mr. Anand Aravindakshan, Playback Singer, Mr. Subash Selvam, Actor, were the walk-in celebrities for the second day of Shreyas. More than 300 Shasuneons participated enthusiastically in all the 13 competitions that were conducted. Ms. Taarika of B. Com Honours won the title Miss. Shasun and The Department of B. Com Corporate Secretaryship won the Overall trophy. The event was successfully completed with a formal Vote of Thanks followed by the National Anthem.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) & Shasun Shakthi Cell of Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women, T.Nagar organised SHA- KALAUTSAV 2024 Gnabagam Varuthe (Back to School – A Nostalgic Journey). The Guests of Honour wereMr.P.Unnikrishnan, Carnatic Vocalist and Playback Singer and Ananya S Rao, Actress and Social Media Influencer.
The event started with the prayer and lighting of the lamp. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. M. Rani, Director of Shakthi Cell, Head, Department of Tamil. Our Principal Dr.Padmavathi. S addressed the gathering. Smt. Usha Abhaya Srisrimal, Secretary delivered the Special Address and presented mementoes to the Chief Guests as tokens of gratitude.
Mr.P.Unnikrishnan expressed his exhilaration to be amidst such an amazing and enthusiastic group of students. He applauded Shri Shankarlal Sundarbai Shasun Jain College for Women for providing opportunities to the students which would bring out their talents. He appreciated the Visual Communication Department for creating a wonderful video on the theme which would in turn relate the students to their nostalgic moments of school life. God has given everyone specific talents and Sha Kalautsav is a beautiful platform for the students to expose and express their talents. Any kind of stage performance would help the students to overcome their fear and hesitation and gain confidence in life. Dr. M. Rani, Director of Shakthi Cell, Head, Department of Tamil presented the Shasun
Shakthi Cell Annual Report. Dr. Ramadevi Sekhar, Director, Centre of Excellence – Art & Culture presented the report of activities conducted by Centre of Excellence – Art & Culture. This was followed by a series of cultural performances. Ms. S. Indhira was awarded the title Ms.Sakthi 2024. The program ended with a formal vote of thanks and the National Anthem.
