Sivakarthikeyan’s Seema Raja has been cleared by the censor board with a clean ‘U’ certificate. The run time of the film is 158 minutes which is quite good for a commercial entertainer with dance numbers, stunts and duet songs.
Seema Raja will become the first film of the actor to be released in Poland. Ajith-starrer Vedhalam was the first Tamil film to have a release in the European nation.
While the country has only seen releases of Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar, Vijay and Suriya, Seema Raja distributors, 7th Sense Cinematics are looking to make this as big a release as one with the major stars.
Directed by Ponram, Seema Raja is all set to release on September 13 for Vinayagar Chathurthi. Produced by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios, Imman is composing the music for the film and Balasubramaniem has cranked the camera
Samantha, Simran, Napolean, and Soori will be seen in pivotal characters in this movie, which is tipped to be an out and out commercial entertainer.
Director Ponram is collaborating with Sivakarthikeyan for the third time, after Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan.
The film commenced with a launch event held on 16 June 2017, with Simran, Napoleon and Lal joining the cast. Simran was revealed to play a sister character with small negative shades along with Lal, while Napoleon was signed to portray the father of Sivakarthikeyan
