In a new twist to festive promotions, Reliance SMART is undertaking an innovative ‘Buy One Give One’ initiative at several stores to spread festive cheer and bring joy to every member of the society. This unique adaptation of the popular and conventional ‘Buy One Get One’ promotion allows consumers to celebrate Diwali to their heart’s content and participate in a noble cause.

With this initiative, customers at Reliance SMART can voluntarily and generously spread happiness among the less fortunate by donating sweets, savouries or any other product they wish to, at several Reliance SMART stores. The brand along with the 72 partner NGOs will ensure that these voluntary contributions reach the underprivileged this Diwali and foster the festive spirit this season. To facilitate this initiative, the brand has tied up with NGOs across its SMART stores. The gifts collected across the cities will be handed over to the NGOs before Diwali.

Additionally, Reliance Fresh and Reliance SMART stores across the country have undertaken several other pioneering initiatives that encourage consumers to celebrate, enjoy and share the festive cheer to their heart’s content.

Reliance Fresh and Reliance SMART have launched an integrated ‘Dil Se Manao Badi Diwali’ campaign which comprises exciting offers on a wide array of products, festive theme digital engagement initiatives conveying the spirit of abundance and hearty celebrations during Diwali. The campaign connects with the festive emotions and encourages consumers to go all out and live it up this Diwali fuelled by the fantastic offers across the stores, as Diwali is one of the biggest catalyst for the retail category.

This message is led by a TV commercial which showcases various slice of life stories wherein the protagonists are shown in various situations like giving extra gifts to their house helps, having more sweets and let go on any inhibitions and indulging to their heart’s content. In addition there is also a special series by Reliance Fresh / Reliance SMART on social media platforms. These series brings some exceptional tips and innovative recipes by well-known chef Ranveer Brar to present our own traditional sweets and savouries with a new twist. Another special digital engagement initiative includes an exclusive Facebook Live with the leading TV actors Nakuul Mehta & Surbhi Chandana at Reliance SMART ACME Store, Mumbai.
