Rajinikanth’s role in Annatthe revealed

Superstar Rajinikanth is reported to be playing the role of a village president in Siva-directed Annaatthe, which is said to be a rural entertainer.

The film will have some strong dialogues. So, Rajinikanth himself decided to write a few punch lines for him, and he has been in discussion with director Siruthai Siva over the phone regarding it.
Reportedly, the punch dialogues are expected to be powerful, and it will be pure enjoyment for the fans. It is worth mentioning that Rajinikanth has already written some punch dialogues for him in a few films including Baba.

Siva is planning to resume the shoot of the film next month in Hyderabad but it’s unclear whether Rajinikanth would immediately join the team.

Produced by Sun Pictures, the film boasts an ensemble of actors including Khushbu, Meena, Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Soori, Prakash Raj, and Sathish.

Meanwhile, SPB has sung his last song for Annatthe. Talking about his experience working with the singer, Imman says, “That song from Annaatthe is my most important treasure. Rajini sir’s intro song is always special.

And if SPB sir sings it, that is a positive vibe in itself. People believe this combo guarantees success; such is the positivity SPB sir brings with him. The fact that he recorded his last song for Rajinikanth with me is so surreal. I feel so blessed.”

Balasubrahmanyam has sung many opening songs for Rajinikanth, and he also has sung the opening songs ‘Massu Marana’ and ‘Summa Kizhi’ in Rajinikanth’s last two releases. So it will be a hattrick for SP Balasubrahmanyam with Rajinikanth in Annaatthe.
