Rajinikanth receives Dadasaheb Phalke award
Superstar Rajinikanth received the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award today in New Delhi.
His wife Latha Rajinikanth, daughter Aishwarya, son-in-law and actor Dhanush and his grandchildren went to Delhi to see him receive the coveted award.
The 67th National Film Awards ceremony is currently taking place in Delhi. Photos of Rajinikanth and his family from the ceremony are doing the rounds.
Yesterday, Superstar Rajinikanth shared a statement explaining why October 25 is extremely special to him. He said that today is special to him because of his Dadasaheb Phalke Award win. Also, his daughter Soundarya is launching a voice-based app called Hoote today.
Tamilnadu Chief Minister M K Stalin congratulated Rajinikanth for the award.
