Rajini to make fiery speech at Darbar audio launch?

A grand audio launch function is being planned for Darbar and it is said the event will be held at Nehru Stadium in Chennai. Sources say superstar Rajinikanth will make a fiery speech at the event, giving a fitting reply to his critics.

Meanwhile, it has emerged that Darbar apparently features a dance by the transgender community and it will be one of the highlights of the movie. Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar is more than a month away from release and the makers have already begun the promotions for the film.

A single from the movie, Chumma Kizhi, was released recently. The shooting was completed a while ago. However, a couple of pictures and a video of the star in police uniform started circulating on social media from Sunday.

While fans were surprised about it, a few clarified on Twitter that it was nothing but part of the patch work portions which were shot at Madha Medical College, in the city outskirts, at Kanchpuram district.

Getting back to Chumma Kizhi, the song keeps up with Thalaivar intro-song traditions, and has been sung by SP Balasubrahmanyam. Singer SPB takes over following Rajini’s cue and the song has all the elements of a typical Rajini intro-song. The song’s lyrics also have the word “Rajini” in it. Lyricist Vivek and Anirudh also join the chorus singers.

The four-minute-long song seems like a celebration where people are hailing Rajinikanth’s character. Along with the song, the makers have released a lyric video with BTS visuals (behind-the-scenes) where Thalaivar is seen shaking the leg to the peppy tune.

Chumma Kizhi is a song that celebrates Rajinikanth and lyrics penned by Vivek speak volumes about the star’s achievements. Anirudh Ravichander has come up with a catchy tune and singer SP Balasubrahmanyam’s voice add to the grandeur.
