Rajini lauds Natchathiram Nagargiradhu
Natchathiram Nagargiradhu was released in theatres on August 31. Anurag Kashyap watched the uncensored version of the film and appreciated him.
Recently, Rajinikanth watched Natchathiram Nagargiradhu at a private screening and was bowled over by it. He appreciated Pa Ranjith and called the film his best creation so far. Rajinikanth appreciated every aspect of Natchathiram Nagargiradhu.
Ranjith took to Twitter and wrote, “I am extremely touched by the appreciation from our #superstar @rajinikanth sir after watching #NatchathiramNagargiradhu “This is your best work in terms of direction,writing,casting the performers,art,cinematography,music,so far”are the exact words that he quoted. Thankyou sir (sic).”
Natchathiram Nagargiradhu is a social commentary on love,caste politics and honour killing.
Dushara Vijayan, Kalidas Jayaram and Kalaiyarasan play lead roles in the film. Sindhuja Viji, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Charles Vinoth, Sherin Celin Mathew and Lizzie Antony were seen in pivotal roles. Tenma has composed the music for this film.
