Rajamouli feels bad about missing ‘Kabali’ FDFS

Director S S Rajamouli could not catch up the first day first show of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali, as he was busy with his magnum opus Baahubali 2.

The director took to Twitter to express his disappointment,” Missing Kabaali FDFS..Stuck in shooting..How I wish I could be there in the theatre engulfed by Thalaiva mania…”

Meanwhile, not just in Tamil Nadu, but Kabali has taken to record openings across India and other parts of the world.

The film which released across 306 screens in Kerala on Friday, literally kept many awake to watch it as early as 5 a.m., when the screens came alive.

“Super, excellent, Rajni has not failed us, definitely there has and must be a sequel to it… Then only it will be complete,” were the reactions.

Kabali off to a flying start in USA. The film has grossed 1.3 million USD till 4PM EST and it has created a new record for South Indian films there.

Trade sources say that the Rajinikanth starrer has registered a new record opening across the globe, thanks to the sky-rocketing expectations.
