Barbeque Nation, one of India’s leading casual dining restaurant chains invites foodies for ‘’The Year
End Carnival”– a European food festival from the 20 th of December to 7 th of January. Patrons can
enjoy some herbs, cheese and sunshine atall Barbeque Nation outlets across the country .The décor,
menu and activities will offer guests an exciting flavour trip toEurope. Barbeque Nation has givena
scrumptious twist to the European cuisine to please its patron’s taste buds!
In line with the theme, the starters served are popular European favourites. Vegetarians can begin
withItalian Jalapeno cheese Stuff mushrooms-creamy, spicy, crunchy, and absolutely delicious, Tangy
Mango Paneer- Panner marinated in a sweet tangy marination made by mango puree, mint paste
and chili flakes.Burnt garlic Grilled Vegetables– vegetables marinated in garlic paste and barbequed
to perfection. Non –vegetarians can dig into European Barbequed Chicken-simple grilled
chicken dish, flavoured with lemon and rosemary, Lemon Dill Pesce-steamed white fish infused in dill
and lemon sauce and Prawns y Espanol –prawns cooked in chilli and pepper,a famous tapas dish
done exceptionally well.
The live counters serve delicious,Hot Dogs- vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights with a generous
amount of different flavoured marinades, The Pan Cake Counter – fluffy pancakes tossed in
flavoured nutella, chocochips and the regular base and topped with mouth-watering chocolate and
maple syrup.
The Main course is the perfect balance. Vegetarians can indulge in Parmigiana di Melanzane- stuffed
eggplant with cheesyparmigiana. The Non vegetarians can gorge on Mamma Mia Lasagna – an
Indian twist to the basic Italian delicacy. The restaurant also serves delicious desserts like Cheese
Brownie –the classic brownie with perfectly blended cheese,Blueberry pie –crisp on the outside soft
in the inside andtopped with fresh and pureed blueberries andChocogranate Swiss Roll – infused
with chocolate and pomegranate with a cream roll centre, this dish definitely hits the right sweet
