Outspoken Andrea says ‘I am not the one for sentimental stuff’

On Mothers’ Day, when many were posting emotional stuff about mothers on social media, Andrea Jeremiah uploaded a picture of her with her mom and wrote the below.

“So yesterday my mum sent me this pic and said- you can post this for #Mothersday, we both look nice 😅😅😅 so here I am, doing exactly that !” the Pachaikili Muthucharam and Aayirathil Oruvan actress said.

Andrea, who is currently working with Vijay in Master, added: “I’m not one for sentimental stuff, but all the mothers out there deserve a lot more than one day in the year for putting up with all our BS. So happy Mother’s Day today & every day❤️”

Recently, Andrea came out with a lengthy post on lockdown and how she is spending time. “Good day everyone 🌞 Too often in life, we get so caught up with what’s going wrong that we forget to be thankful for all the blessings. But when life forces you to hit the pause button, it also gives you a chance to hit the reset button !

Gratitude is a way of life. No matter how bad things may seem, there is always something to be thankful for. So whenever you feel down about something, quickly list a few things you’re thankful for, and think about the first thing you wanna do post lockdown.

Here is my list ! 1- I’m grateful for my morning cuppa coffee ☕️ 2- I’m grateful for a good nights sleep😴 3-I’m grateful that I’ve finally learned how to cook! And I can’t wait to get back on stage and sing for all of you once the lockdown is lifted 💞

It’s hard to not be able to do the things you love, it’s hard to be away from the people you love. But stay positive, stay hopeful, spread love not fear ❤️ remember, this too shall pass 🌸 #lockdown #staypositive #grateful,” she said.
