The actress has been visiting theaters in Chennai and other areas in Tamil Nadu to meet fans and to thank them for their support.
Trade believes that Nayanthara’s visit has given an extra push to Aramm. Meanwhile, the producers of Aramm confirm that plans for sequel is very much on the cards.
Aramm, directed by Gopi Nainar and featuring Nayanthara, released this Friday to rave reviews. However, the film’s collection might be affected due to piracy as prints of the film are already available online on several websites.
According to reports, the social drama has already been pirated and is available for free download on numerous torrent websites.
The movie features Nayanthara in the lead role as a district collector, with Ramesh and Vignesh of Kaaka Muttai fame in supporting roles. The film began production in mid-2016 and was completed during October 2016, with the title only being released thereafter.
