Nayanthara will be the heroine of superstar Rajinikanth in his upcoming film to be directed by A R Murugadoss.
The two actors have already appeared together in Chandramukhi, in which Nayan played Rajini’s pair, and she had guest roles in both Sivaji and Kuselan.
Anirudh Ravichander, whose chartbuster music made Rajini’s Petta all the more enjoyable, has been roped in to compose the music for this one, too. The film will be shot by Santosh Sivan.
Sources say that Murugadoss has promised Rajinikanth to complete the film within three months. Principal shoot of film, to be produced by Lyca, will begin on April 10 in Mumbai.
Recently, Anirudh confirmed that he would compose music for the upcoming film of the superstar, which is to be directed by A R Murugadoss.
On working in Petta, he told Times of India, “The last six months were probably the best time of our lives… everybody in the studio, and not just us, but even Karthik’s (Subbaraj) team. We have all wanted to do such a project from the time we were kids. And then, it all came true with Petta.”
Meanwhile, Murugadoss, who all set to direct Superstar Rajinikanth for the first time in his career, is also busy writing dialogues for a Hollywood film.
The ace director is writing the dialogues for the Tamil dubbed version of Avengers: Endgame. In an endeavour to present the film to fans in their local language, Marvel India has associated with Murugadoss.
