National Award-winning music director Srikanth Deva composes a song on Lord Muruga for the first time
Yogi Babu and Natty unveil devotional song ‘Murugane Chella Kumarane’, Varshenyam Records to release it worldwide to mark Thaipoosam
Famous music director Srikanth Deva, who recently made the Tamil film industry proud by winning a National Award, has composed and produced a devotional song on Lord Muruga for the first time.
With lyrics penned by National Award-winning director Pawan, this devotional song will be released worldwide by Varshenyam Records to mark the auspicious Thaipoosam festival. Earlier, popular actor and Muruga devotee Yogi Babu and famous cinematographer and actor Natty unveiled this song, which has been made in audio and video formats.
The song ‘Murugane Chella Kumarane’ sung by ‘Super Singer’ title winner Shreenitha and Super Singer ‘Chellakutty Baby’ Akshara Lashmi, has been produced for Muruga devotees all over the world.
Speaking about the song, Srikanth Deva said, “‘Murugane Chella Kumarane’ to be released by Varshenyam Records will occupy a prominent place among the songs on Lord Muruga. We have made it in simple tune and language, with the intention that children too should sing about Lord Muruga with devotion. I request all to listen to this song and get the blessings of Lord Muruga. Let’s immerse ourselves in Muruga devotion,” he said.
