When director Esakki Karvannan narrated the story for the first time, I understood it differently. But I realised this director is a great writer after watching his work. I have few dialogues in this film, since I have acted as a corpse in many scenes.

Actor Ponvannan said…
I have known Esakki Karvannan for many years. We talk about cinema. One day he called me and said ‘there is a story I want to tell you’. After that he chose the right actors like Cheran and Lal to act in this movie. The most important thing for a director is to select right actors for the story. Then the music composer is important. There are very few songs in this film, but background score is very crucial. It is very important to keep the audience engrossed in the story from the first frame to the last frame. I think it has worked perfectly in this film. As a viewer, I enjoyed this movie.

Actor and writer Vela Ramamurthy said…
The title ‘Tamilkudimagan’ itself creates expectations. The film talks about caste in the political environment of Tamil Nadu. I wish the team all success.
