Tamilnadu government has allowed private firms and organisations to reopen in Chennai, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu and Thiruvallur districts with 100 per cent staff.
Fresh guidelines has been issued by the Tamilnadu government announcing the extension of lockdown till 5 July with more relaxations.
Religious places like churches, mosques and temples can reopen, but no festivals will be allowed.
Shopping malls/complexes are allowed to function between 9am and 7pm in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram and Chengalpattu districts.
More relaxations have been announced to other districts as well.
