Even as schools have reopened after the summer vacation, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, who is popular in Kollywood too, has come out with some words of wisdom.
“A school is a world of letters and thoughts. It is where a human is actually born. A School defines the dreams, ambitions and thoughts of innocent hearts,” he said in a latest post on his social media page.

He said further: “Today schools reopen after a summer break and it is time to learn and have fun again. I wish all the students a good and memorable academic year.”
The Siraichalai and Jilla actor said further: “My special wishes to the parents of those kids who are entering the gateway of schools for the first time , and it is the very moment for them to recollect their first day at school. Here on this occasion I also ruminate my first day at school. Once again my best wishes”,
Mohanlal is an actor, producer and occasional singer best known for his work in Malayalam films. Film critics, contemporaries, and other experts consider him as one of the greatest actors in Indian cinema for his versatile and natural acting.
Widely regarded as a cultural icon, he also holds a matinee idol status in the popular culture of Kerala.
Mohanlal was elected as the most popular Keralite in an online poll conducted by CNN-IBN in 2006 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Kerala’s formation. In 2001, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honour, for his contributions towards Indian cinema.
