The carmaker is committed to easing the burden of its customers grappling with vehicle damage due to widespread flooding in Chennai and adjoining areas of the city through a series of initiatives aimed at providing support and relief.
The company has announced a one-month extension on Roadside Assistance (RSA), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), warranty, and extended warranties expiring between 1st December and 31st December 2023. This extension is intended to offer peace of mind to affected customers during this challenging period. Also, to ensure round-the-clock assistance, MG Motor India has established a dedicated 24*7 helpline available at 1800 100 6464, to facilitate seamless communication and support.
Acknowledging the urgency of the situation, MG has deployed a Quick Response Team in Chennai. This team is equipped to handle a spectrum of customer needs promptly, providing on-the-ground assistance during this critical period. To further streamline its customer outreach and support, MG is helping its customers through home visits by its service team. The company-trained technicians will assess the condition of vehicles on-site and coordinate the towing of affected cars to the nearest workshop. Dedicated trucks have been deployed to ensure a swift and efficient towing process.
