We must remove the stigma that surrounds #mentalhealth & start addressing conditions with compassion rather than dismissal. After spending months in isolation it’s OK, to not feel OK. We’re living through an uncertain, unsettling time. If you are struggling, please reach out – talk to a friend or family member. I’ll also be sharing charities that can help & support. Just know that you’re not alone.
