Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Khushbu in Rajini’s next, Superstar to play multiple roles

There will be three heroines in the upcoming film of superstar Rajinikanth, which is to be directed by Siva and produced by Sun Pictures.

According to sources, Rajini will play more than one roles in this subject, which is to be set in the backdrop of both village and city. “Hence, there will be three heroines and they are Keerthy Suresh, Meena and Khushbu,” sources say.

An official announcement of the cast is expected to happen soon. D Imman will compose the music for the film. The production house has tentatively titled the film as ‘Thalaivar 168’.

Rajini and Meena have previously worked together in super hit films Ejamaan, Veera and Muthu. Interestingly, Muthu was a huge success in Japan. Also, Meena had worked as a child actor in Rajinikanth starrer Anbulla Rajinikanth (1984).

Khushbu and Rajinikanth had acted together in films such as Dharmathin Thalaivan, Pandian, Mannan and Annamalai. Though Keerthy’s presence is yet to be confirmed, reports say that director Siva has already approached her.

Soori will play the lead comedian in the film. Meanwhile, as reported by us already, the audio of Rajinikanth’s Darbar composed by Anirudh Ravichander will be unveiled on December 7 at Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai.

Sources say Rajinikanth will make a fiery speech at the event, giving a fitting reply to his critics.

It has emerged that Darbar apparently features a dance by the transgender community and it will be one of the highlights of the movie. Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar is more than a month away from release and the makers have already begun the promotions for the film.
