The World Health Organisation, which has declared Coronavirus as Pandemic, has started a new campaign titled ‘Safe Hands’ challenge. In this challenge, it has asked to share a video of how to wash your hands neatly to safeguard yourself from the virus.

WHO director has nominated several celebrities across the world to take up the challenge. He tagged K-Pop band BTS, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and more.

The director tweeted, “I now nominate:@deepikapadukone@priyankachopra@Schwarzenegger@CTurlington to take the #SafeHands challenge by sharing their video & calling on at least another 3 people to join us! Together, we can beat #COVID19!”

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif shared a post on Instagram along with a caption that read: “….. hope everyone is staying safe … please follow all precautionary safety measures as recommended by the health professionals …. exercise and meditation help your body’s immune system … keep your environment clean and happy.”

In the post, the actress is seen posing for the camera along with her girlfriends, all seen in happy faces. Priyanka Chopra has urged her fans to adopt social distancing to stop the highly contagious virus from spreading.

Singer Dua Lipa urged people to donate for the emergency. She posted, “Thinking of you all during this difficult and confusing time. Stay safe, wash ur hands, be with your loved ones and most importantly remember and think of the ones less fortunate than you.”
