Jayam Ravi’s next to be helmed by a debutant
Jayam Ravi, who was recently seen in Bhoomi, will star in writer Antony Bhagyaraj’s directorial debut. Tentatively called JR29, the film will be bankrolled by Home Movie Makers, which previously produced Ravi’s Bhoomi and Adanga Maru.
Antony has previously served as the co-writer for films like Irumbu Thirai and Viswasam. He has teamed up once again with director Siva for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe.
Shooting of the movie is expected to begin in July.
It may be noted that Jayam Ravi is also part of Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan and Ahmed’s Jana Gana Mana.
