The first single from Karthi’s upcoming film Japan has been released.
The single titled Touching Touching was released by the film’s music director GV Prakash Kumar.
The peppy and groovy number is sung by Karthi himself along with Indravati Chauhan.
Lyrics for the song are by Arunraja Kamaraj It was only recently that music label Saregama had announced that it had bagged the audio rights of the film.
In the meantime, the buzz is that the film’s audio launch will be conducted in a grand manner at Nehru Stadium. Japan marks Karthi’s 25th film and hence, preparations for a gala affair are underway.
Japan marks the maiden collaboration between director Raju Murugan and Karthi.
While Anu Emmanuel plays the leading lady, the supporting cast comprises Sunil, Vijay Milton and Bava Chelladurai. Cinematography for the action-packed entertainer is by Ravi Varman and editing is by Philomin Raj.
Japan is bankrolled by SR Prabhu’s Dream Warrior Productions. The teaser of the film was released recently and was an instant hit among the audience.
