1. Eligibility- There are certain economic, age and qualification criteria that the candidates need to meet before applying to NEET.
NEET can be given by the students from the following backgrounds: Indian Nationals, OCI, PIO, NRI, foreign candidates.
The examinee must be minimum 17 years as on December 31, 2019. Maximum age of the candidates is 25 years for General category, 30 years for SC/ST and OBC.
A score of minimum 50% for General, 45% for General PH, 40% for SC/ST and OBC in PCB stream is a pre requisite for applying to the exam.
2. Changes-NEET is subject to many changes, so it is really necessary to stay updated. Here are some changes.

The application process requires a series of information to be kept handy before starting the registration. The applicants should ensure that they have a valid mobile number and an email address. 5. Dress code-
The authorities of NEET are very particular about the dress code for the examinations. Not following the dress code results in cancellation of exams.
Allowed- Half sleeves shirts, t-shirts, kurta, kurti; slippers, sandals, lowers, trousers, salwar, kameez, kada, kirpan, doctor prescribed lenses.
Not allowed- Full sleeves shirts, t-shirts, kurta, kurti; sarees, shoes, any metallic item, ornaments- rings, watches, nose pin, bangles, bracelet, necklace, brooch, badges, hair pins; big rubber bands, sunglasses, cap.
