Dulquer Salmaan opts out of Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life?

Thug Life, the upcoming Kamal Haasan-starrer film directed by filmmaker Mani Ratnam, is one of the highly anticipated films from the Tamil film industry.

While the shooting for the film is going at a brisk pace, speculation is rife that actor Dulquer Salmaan, who was previously announced to be part of the project, has dropped out.

Dulquer Salmaan, who was last seen in the Malayalam film King of Kotha, is currently involved in three projects, including Lucky Baskhar, Suriya 43, and Kaantha.

However, no official announcement has been made in this regard. Thug Life also stars Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, and Joju George, among others in prominent roles.

The film marks the actor’s reunion with the director after 37 years since the release of the 1987 gangster action-drama Nayakan.
