Director Abishan, Soundarya Rajinikanth to team up again
Abishan Jeevinth has announced his next film project following the success of With Love.
The announcement was made during a press interaction held to celebrate the romantic drama’s positive reception since its February 6 release.
Present at the event were co-stars Anaswara Rajan and Kavya Anil, director Madhan, and producers Soundarya Rajinikanth and Magesh Raj Pasilian.
Reflecting on his transition from director to actor, Abishan described the phase as “life coming full circle.” He recalled meeting superstar Rajinikanth after taking on his first acting role, calling it a memorable moment in his journey.
The team exchanged words of appreciation, with Abishan thanking his co-stars and producers for their unwavering support through the film’s making and release.
Directed by debutant Madhan, With Love has struck a chord with audiences, collecting over Rs 12 crore at the Indian box office and earning favourable reviews. The film follows a couple attempting to reconcile their past while building a new relationship.
Apart from Abishan, the cast includes Anaswara Rajan, Kavya Anil, Saravanan, Ayaz Khan, Harish Kumar, Sacchin Nachiappan and Ravi Mariya.
