Devi Sri Prasad joins Karthi’s upcoming bilingual film
Music composer Devi Sri Prasad has officially joined the team of actor Karthi’s upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual film directed by Kalyan Shankar.
The announcement was made on the composer’s birthday through social media by production house Sithara Entertainments, which welcomed him to the project, currently referred to as Karthi30.
The film stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead and was recently launched with a traditional pooja ceremony. Sources associated with the production say filming is progressing steadily, with key scenes currently being shot.
Earlier this year, on Karthi’s birthday, the production house had confirmed that shooting was progressing smoothly and announced that the film’s title and first-look poster would be unveiled soon.
Following successful collaborations on films such as Vaathi, Lucky Baskhar and Viswanath & Sons, Sithara Entertainments is backing the project, which has already generated considerable anticipation among fans and the film industry.
