Defence milestone for India: DRDO and IAF successfully test RudraM-II Missile

India has achieved another milestone in indigenous defence technology with the successful flight testing of the RudraM-II air-to-surface missile by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Indian Air Force (IAF).
The missile was launched from an airborne platform under challenging operational conditions designed to evaluate its performance in realistic scenarios. Officials stated that the trial successfully validated key systems and flight characteristics of the weapon.
The successful test is expected to strengthen India’s precision-strike capabilities and further support the country’s push toward self-reliance in advanced defence technologies.
