Analysis:

Director Venkat Prabhu has took an interesting plot where a regular constable trying to protect a criminal who is the witness in a case that involves the Chief Minister.

The movie begins with a slow pace and takes its own time to establish the characters. The first half is slow and has some cliched moments.

Pace of the movie picks up in the second half after the introduction of Aravind Swamy.

Naga Chaitanya did his level best in portraying the honest police officer role.

He showed the required intensity and his emotions during the scene where his brother dies are top notch.

Krithi Shetty got a meaty role in this film. She improved a lot in terms of acting when compared to her past works.

Aravind Swamy, Sarath Kumar, Ramki and Priyamani have all done thier part well.

The combination of Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja have delivered what was required for the film.

Kathir’s cinematography is amazing as he generated the required mood.
