The Janta Curfew called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to prevent the spread of coronavirus may be extended for more days, if one is to go by hints dropped by Tamil Nadu Health Minister Dr C Vijayabaskar today.
Expressing worry over people not following instructions, he hinted that the curfew might be extended considering the safety of the people.
Meanwhile, in the wake of current coronavirus crisis, Speaker P Dhanapal has announced that the ongoing Assembly session will conclude 31 March.
The session was actually slated to go on till 9 April. The revised schedule stated that the discussion on demand for grants will be held both in the morning and evening till 31 March.
