Choreographer Sivasankar passes away at the age of 72
Popular choreographer Sivasankar passed away at the age of 72 at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
He battled Covid-19 for the past few weeks. Sonu Sood, Dhanush, and Vishnu Manchu lent financial help to Sivasankar and his family.
Sivasankar’s last rites will be performed today, November 29.
He is survived by his wife and two sons. While his wife is in home quarantine due to Covid-19, his elder son is in hospital for treatment.
Sivasankar was a popular choreographer in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. He was born on December 7, 1948, in Chennai. He started his career as an assistant choreographer.
Apart from choreographing for songs, Sivasankar acted in many Tamil and Telugu films. Celebrities from the Tamil and Telugu film industries took to social media to express their condolences.
