Bigg Boss Tamil 9: Kemy eliminated, Vijay Sethupathi blasts Prajean, Divya Ganesh
The Saturday (November 21) and Sunday (November 22) episodes of Bigg Boss Tamil 9 showcased host Vijay Sethupathi’s fiery side. On Saturday, he lashed out at wildcard contestants Prajean, Sandra Amy, and Divya Ganesh for their conduct and manipulative gameplay.
On Sunday, Kemy, considered one of the strongest players of the season, was eliminated from the show.
Vijay Sethupathi wasted no time on Saturday as he reprimanded Sandra and Divya Ganesh for not following the Bigg Boss rules. Both refused to go to jail even after Bigg Boss sent a letter ordering them to do so.
Divya claimed she had a severe headache, while Sandra said she wanted to stay with Divya since she was unwell. The host called out Divya’s arrogance for refusing to take the medication prescribed by the show’s doctor after she complained of a headache. He also questioned Sandra for abandoning her assigned duties.
The Thalaivan Thalaivi actor then listed the offensive remarks made by Prajean against fellow contestants and revealed what he had said about FJ’s family during an outburst. Vijay Sethupathi pointed out that such statements tarnish the show’s decorum and intimidate other participants. Prajean attempted to defend himself, saying he spoke in the heat of the moment, but Vijay Sethupathi refused to accept any excuses and firmly shut him down.
Sandra, Prajean’s wife, urged him to be mindful of his words, reminding him that their twin children were watching the show.
On Sunday, Vijay Sethupathi reminded everyone that the show had completed 50 days and congratulated the contestants. He then conducted a task asking them to name contestants who had lost their enthusiasm midway and were struggling to play strongly. The majority named Ramya Joo. In another task, the host asked participants to name those who influenced the nomination process.
Later, he asked the nominated contestants to sit together and began saving them one by one. Prajean and Kemy were the last two remaining. In an interesting twist, two cars were sent into the house, and the one that didn’t return indicated the eliminated contestant.
